About this cause

About our cause

Sophie is 4 yrs old and was born @ just 33 wks. At 18mths old she was diagnosed with Dpadtic Diplegia Cerebral Palsy. She was unable to walk until Aug 15 when after alot of fundraising we travelled to America for life changing surgery callef SDR. Our NHS would not fund this surgery. We are continuing to fundraise for Sophie's ongoing therapy and equipment that Sophie needs (as our NHS can not fund this) Any help would be very appreciated. We are fundraising via Tree Of Hope.
