Following on from my work with charities such as The Cure Parkinson's Trust, and the Association for Science Education, I want to learn more about the public's relationship with science, and the ways in which this relationship can be improved. Creating such bridges is beneficial to both sides- allowing communities, such as people with Parkinson's, to become less afraid of having hands on roles in research trials- an important step in discovering new treatments.
