Stoke Hammond Youth FC was Founded in 2015, our vision was to provide a professional, fun sporting facility for the children living in Stoke Hammond & surrounding villages. The club has grown massively with numerous teams representing in the MKDDL league. We pride ourselves on our social events, which help to boost morale amongst our members as well as involving the local community. With your help, we are hoping to raise funds to use to help buy equipment for the teams to help their development.
