Scarborough and Whitby Labour Party provides financial backing and support for our locally elected councillors for both the Borough and County councils, as well as informing and involving members of the community on campaigns it runs to improve their lives. It's website gives the community a forum for comment and discussion on the political issues of the day, both national and local. Our role at General Election is crucial as we spend a sizable proportion of our funds on ensuring that the electorate gets to know and understand the Labour Party's and our local candidate's message and aims.
