About T4H
T4H was born out of a place of 'service to the community'. Many of the committee members, facilitators and therapists have been given many years in free service in places such as schools; prisons; Princes Trust; Locus mental health; male parent groups and young people's groups. We work with many groups, organisations, companies and individuals to deliver our health and well being services to them across London and the South East.
