About our cause

I am participating in a volunteering expedition to Costa Rica and Nicaragua in 2019. This will be a 4-week expedition and will include community development work, environmental projects and wildlife conservation. It will also include additional elements such as scuba diving. The core objectives of this expedition are to undertake projects in order to: -Raise the educational standards of developing communities within a rural district of Costa Rica and Nicaragua. -Raise the living standards of developing communities, within a rural district of Costa Rica and Nicaragua -Assist with ongoing wildlife conservation programmes to preserve biodiversity and protect vulnerable habitats. In order for me to go on this expedition I have to raise over £4080, of which only 40% will go to me. The rest of this money will be used in order to make sustainable projects that will help the people of these brilliant countries. This page is set up so that I will be able to go on this expedition to Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Without fundraising I won't be able to go on this amazing trip where I will learn brilliant skills which will include a scuba diving qualification.
