Hello! Im Vicky and in March 2020 I am travelling out to Bali from the UK to take part in a mental health psychology volunteering placement. For this month I will be volunteering in different institutions such as schools, hospitals and care homes promoting positive mental health in workshops. As a team we design all the activities ourselves after a week of training. Mental health conditions are becoming increasingly common in all cultures and doing this will help raise awareness of these issues.
