About Wellspring Therapy & Training
Wellspring is a counselling and mental health training centre. We are passionate about supporting people in emotional distress to restore hope to their lives, help them develop resilience and therefore make positive changes. We do this through offering affordable counselling sessions to children, young people and adults. We know the NHS is stretched with the level of demand and private counselling can be too expensive for many. By supporting us you are literally transforming and saving lives.
