About Wigan and Leigh Carers Centre
WLCC Offers practical and emotional support to unpaid carers of all ages. Many carers do not recognise themselves as such and often find themselves in crisis before getting the support they are entitled to. A carer is a person who looks after a family member, relative, partner, neighbour or friend who needs help due to ill health, old age, disability, drug or alcohol misuse or who has mental health problems. They do not have to live with the person or be the only one doing the care.
