About Wroxham Bure Valley Rotary Club

We are a very active club - both socially and in fundraising. We have 27 members and meet every Monday night at Wroxham Barns at 7.15pm. We raise funds for local, national and international causes. Recent examples are sponsoring young people, running a technology competition, hosting days out for children in the countryside, street collections at Christmas with Father Christmas and lots of elves, supplying shelter boxes to the Philippines and the Syrian Refugees, and more recently Nepal following the earthquake, supplying filled shoe boxes, sending our glasses to Africa to assist people with their sight. We have also just hosted a Masked Charity Ball at Dunston Hall and raised £8,000 for the nook appeal for East Anglia's Childrens Hospices.
