My biggest passion is to help people. And the best way I could think of doing that academically is through psychology. I want to help those that are often misunderstood and not accepted within society, people who need help understanding themselves. Throughout my study I have received the foundations that I needed in order to understand my field but taking my year out on placement in a real life setting of a forensic psychiatric hospital, it only confirmed my desires for the future.
