May 2025 - easyfundraising x Kitlocker - Terms and Conditions
- By participating in the competition, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these terms and conditions and the decisions of Kitlocker.com and easyfundraising, which are final and binding in all matters related to the competition.
- The competition will run from May 1st 00:01 2025 until 31st May 23:59 2025, and winners will be selected during w/c 2nd June 2025.
- All winners will be notified via email no later than 11th June 2025.
- By completing the competition entry form you are agreeing to be contacted by easyfundraising and kitlocker.com in relation to this competition (Including updates on winners)
- Winning clubs will be required to sign up to a FREE easyfundraising cause account (if an account is not already in place). This must be completed before prizes can be awarded.
- There will be a total of 5 winning football clubs and 2 winning cricket clubs in this promotion with unique prize offerings for each sport type
- The winner agrees to participate in press and publicity events, and for their name to be featured on the easyfundraising and Kitlocker.com websites, emails and social media channels.
Who Can Enter?
Employees (or family members of employees) of Kitlocker.com and easyfundraising, may not enter the promotion. This competition is open to all UK registered football or cricket clubs, with a specific draw and prize offered per sport type.
Kitlocker.com Terms and conditions:
Kitlocker.com will be supplying prizes, their registered address is 6-8 Stevenson Way, S93WZ.
All entries and accompanying material submitted will become the property of Kitlocker.com and easyfundraising on receipt of the submission and the information provided may be used as the basis for media activity and promotion on behalf of Kitlocker.com and/or easyfundraising.
Full Prize Breakdown, each set of kit contains:
FOOTBALL: 16 x custom dye sublimated Nike Park VII shirts, including a Goalie shirt. 16 sets of Shorts and Socks, base colour to be selected by winner. Kit colours chosen are subject to availability and Kitlocker will advise on any products that aren’t available in specific sizes or colours.
CRICKET: 15 x T20 custom dye sublimated Nike Park VII playing tops, includes shirts only with base colour selected by winner. Shirt colours chosen are subject to availability and Kitlocker will advise on any products that aren’t available in specific sizes or colours.
Supply of prizes - timings:
Winners will be contacted soon after the competition closes to confirm their size requirements, as well as an idea of when kits are required by.
Kitlocker will endeavour to get these kits to teams as soon as possible but there's a high probability this will be in line with required dates, in which delivery could be as close as a week before - this is due to the nature of the printing, which is far more time consuming than standard kit.
Kitlocker will require the following additional information: Club logo in a vectorised format, high enough resolution to print (typically a .AI or .PDF file). Sizes for shirts, shorts and socks (shirts only for cricket). Corresponding squad numbers to these sizes. This prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable.
The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute another prize of similar or greater value.
The winners of this prize may be asked to participate in publicity which will include photographs which, if applicable, will require parental consent for photographs to be taken of children. Kitlocker will ensure a thorough quality control check on all embellished garments prior to them being sent to winners.
