M&S £5 bonus donation

The following rules apply to your participation in the M&S £5 bonus donation. By opting-in to the bonus donation, you agree to the following rules:

1. To opt-in, simply click through to the M&S £5 bonus donation page and click on the ‘opt-in link’ between 00:00 5th August 2019 to 23:59 11th August 2019.
2. To be eligible to earn the £5 donation, after you have opted-in, you need to spend £25 or more on kidswear with M&S between 00:00 5th August 2019 to 23:59 11th August 2019.
3. You must be signed up to easyfundraising and be logged in to opt-in.
4. Promotion period runs from 5th August 2019 to 23:59 11th August 2019. All purchases must be made within this time.
5. Entry restrictions: The bonus is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, or their agents, families and suppliers, or anyone connected with this offer are not eligible to participate.
6. Bonus: Users are eligible to receive 1 bonus donation, which will be added to their account within 30 days of the promotion period. The £5 bonus donation will be on top of the standard 1.5% donation.
7. Users will receive an email letting them know they’ve opted-in.
8. The bonus is exactly as described. The bonus is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash alternative to the bonus will be offered. The Promoter will not be responsible for the non-receipt of any entry and cannot be held liable for system failures on the website or for any failure by third parties to fulfil their obligations or for any acts or omissions outside the control of the Promoter although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect of any such failure. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time, or to withdraw the bonus altogether for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final in connection with all matters arising from this bonus and no correspondence will be entered. The Promoter accepts no responsibility, liability or any consequences whatsoever for participating in this bonus or the bonus offered. This bonus is governed by the laws of England and in the event of any dispute the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
