Terms and conditions

1. The Charity Donation offer is a reward (the “Charity Donation”) to be sent to a customer after the successful purchase of a new insurance policy from Aviva Insurance Limited (“Aviva”).
2. Charity Donation is available to customers who purchase an Aviva Car Insurance or MultiCar Insurance policy through easyfundraising (the “Affiliate”).
3. Charity Donation is not available to customers who purchase an AvivaPlus Car Insurance policy.
4. Charity Donation is not available to customers who purchase an Aviva Car Insurance policy through price comparison websites.
5. Multicar Insurance policies must include more than one car and up to a maximum of 5 cars on the same policy.
6. The Charity Donation amount awarded will be based on the amount promoted on the easyfundraising website on the day of purchase.
7. Charity Donation will only be paid for purchases made from within the United Kingdom by residents of the United Kingdom.
8. You must click the Affiliates link directly to Aviva’s insurance website, generate a new quote and make your purchase immediately. Charity Donation will not be paid if a saved quote is used.
9. Charity Donation will only be paid for one Aviva Car Insurance policy or one multicar policy purchase per person within a 14-month period.
10. Charity Donation will be sent to the Affiliate within 120 days of the start date of your policy.
10. Charity Donation will be paid on multicar policies where two or more vehicles are on the policy 90 days after the policy start date.
11. Charity Donation will not be paid for renewals.
12. Charity Donation will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code such as, but not limited to, staff, staff friends and family, or student discounts. However, Charity Donation will be paid to multi-policy discount and online discounts.
13. Aviva withhold the right to withdraw this offer.
14. Aviva also reserve the right to change or amend the reward and the structure of the offer at any time. Any decision made by Aviva with regards to this offer is final.
15. Aviva shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
