What will stop the donation?
• A donation will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless listed in these terms.
• Policies that are purchased over the phone are not eligible for the donation. The donation is only available for policies purchased online via the easyfundraising website.
• The donation is not available for customers renewing their current policy.

What else is essential?
• All transactions will be validated by Swinton Insurance.
• Once your policy has been live for 121 days, the donation amount will be contributed towards your chosen charity by easyfundraising within two months of confirmation that the required conditions have been met.
• After clicking through to the Swinton Insurance website from the easyfundraising link you must generate a new quote and buy the policy in the same session. If you leave the website and come back it will not track and no longer be valid.
• If you purchase an annual policy (or a policy with a duration over 90 days) and either you or your insurer cancel within 90 days or less of the purchase date, your donation is not valid.
• If you purchase a policy with a duration 90 days or less and cancel at any point, your donation is not valid.
• Subject to the points above and provided that all payments due at that point have been received, your donation will be made between 120-180 days after purchasing your policy.
• Swinton Insurance withhold the right to withdraw this offer and also reserve the right to change or amend the reward and the structure of the offer at any time. Any decision made by Swinton Insurance with regards to this offer is final.
• The donation amount awarded will be based on the amount promoted on the easyfundraising website on the day of purchase.
• For the purpose of tracking do not reject cookies when visiting the supplier's site as your charity donation will not be tracked.
• There is no restriction on how many times you can earn a donation amount. You will make a donation for each qualifying purchase.

What to do when
• Please do not contact the merchant regarding donation queries. All such enquiries should be made to easyfundraising.
• For transactional or tracking issues in relation to the payment of the donation, please contact easyfundraising directly or raise a claim using the process provided by easyfundraising.
• A Missing donation query must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
• We will make all reasonable endeavours to secure the payment of the donation amount on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
