1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the Stamp Card Reward Program ("Program") offered by easyfundraising ("We", "Us", "Our") to eligible individuals ("You", "Participant") in the United Kingdom.
1.2 By participating in the Program, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Program is open to individuals who have registered a Cause or have registered to support a Cause on easyfundraising.
3. Program Details
3.1 Participants can earn a Digital Stamp for an Order placed at participating retailer websites via the easyfundraising platform.
3.2 An eligible Order must generate a donation of at least 1p in value.
3.3 If an Order generates a donation of 0p in value and then later updates to 1p in value or more, a Digital Stamp will be issued upon the donation being updated.
3.4 If a donation is not showing on a user's Donation History and is later updated to show a donation of 1p or more, a Digital Stamp will be issued upon the donation being updated.
3.5 Participants will receive a maximum of one Digital Stamp per Order, unless the company runs a promotion where multiple stamps can be received.
3.6 Participants can receive an unlimited number of Digital Stamps, unless stated otherwise.
3.7 Participants can exchange an unlimited number of completed Digital Stamp Cards to enter the Prize Draw.
3.8 Participants can redeem their completed Digital Stamp Card when 5 Digital Stamps have been collected.
3.9 Redemption of a Digital Stamp Card gives the participant an entry into a monthly Prize Draw.
3.10 Entry into the monthly Prize Draw is based on the date the participant redeems i.e., a redemption in the month, enters that month's Prize Draw.
3.11 Participants can receive unlimited entries into the Prize Draw.
4. Monthly Prize Draw
4.1 Prize: There will be 1 x £1,000; 2 x £500; and 200 x £5 donations to be won each month for the duration of the campaign.
4.2 The winners of each of the Prizes will be randomly selected from all the Prize Draw entries in each calendar month. Each entry will have an equal chance of winning a prize.
4.3 Participants can win a maximum of 1 Prize donation per month.
4.4 Prize donations will be allocated to the good cause the Participant is supporting via easyfundraising at the point they redeemed.
4.5 Winners will be selected on the first working day of the month following their entry (i.e. June winners will be chosen at the beginning of July)
4.6 Winners will be announced via email and on the Stamp Card Rewards page at the beginning of the month following their entry
4.7 Winners will be contacted to provide a short quote to be used in easyfundraising communications.
4.8 By entering their completed Stamp Card(s) into the Prize Draw, Participants consent to be contacted via email if they win a Prize donation.
4.9 Entries to the prize draw will close on the last day of their corresponding month.
5. Program Termination
5.1 The Program may be terminated by Us at any time, without prior notice.
5.2 In the event of termination, Participants will have a specified period to redeem their Reward.
6. Modification
6.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice.
6.2 Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the easyfundraising website.
7. Privacy
7.1 We will collect and use Participants' personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 By participating in the Program, Participants agree to Our collection and use of their personal information.
7.3 We reserve the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the winner. By entering the Prize Draw, the winner agrees to participate in publicity as reasonably requested.
8. Liability
8.1 We will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.
8.2 Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by You as a result of the Program is limited to the value of the Rewards available to You.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
