The following terms apply to your participation in the xxxxxxx, you agree to the following rules:

1. The promotion is open to all UK residents excluding employees of easyfundraising
2. 1. In order to be eligible for the bonus 50p donation, you must download, install and raise with the Donation Reminder within 30 days of downloading the Donation Reminder.
   2. In order to be eligible for the bonus 50p donation, you must download, login and raise with the easyfundraising App within 30 days of downloading the app.
3. The promotion period runs from 00:01 18th October 2019 to 23:59 15th November 2019. You must download and install the Donation Reminder or App by 15th November 2019, you then have 30 days to raise and receive your bonus.
4. You are only eligible to receive a bonus if we have seen no activity on your account from either the Donation Reminder or App since 15th September.
5. You are only eligible to receive the incentive if you have never previously received an incentive to take the Donation Reminder or App.
6. If you remove the Donation Reminder or App and reinstall during the promotional period you will not be eligible for the bonus.
7. The incentive will not be paid to users who download the Donation Reminder or App during their registration.
8. Donations will be added to a user’s account and will be payable to the good causes or charity they support at the time of payment.
9. Donations will be added to user accounts within 90 days of the networking confirming a sale.
10. Should the user account become deactivated, then payment of the donation may be cancelled or withdrawn.
11. Donations bonuses are restricted to one per easyfundraising account per Donation Reminder and one per app install. Installations via multiple user accounts by an individual will result in all ‘Donation Reminder’ donations across all corresponding easyfundraising accounts, for that individual, being made null and void.
12. No cash alternative will be offered.
13. Promotion may be withdrawn at any time, without prior notice.
