Nicola and Fay, our hard working Customer Services team, are taking a few days off over Christmas and New Year – it’s been a very busy year for them both so we’re giving them a well earned rest.
This means that there may be a slight delay in responding to your emails but they will get back to you as quickly as possible. You can always take a look at our FAQs as you’ll hopefully find the answers to most questions there.
The Customer Sevices desk will be closed on the following days:
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
- December 27th
- December 29th
- January 1st
- January 2nd
- January 3rd
The office will be open as usual on December 29th, 30th and 31st. We’re all back to normal on January 4th and we’ll be raring to go with lots of new developments to help you raise even more in 2011.
