Brass Monkey exists to help people develop stronger and resilient minds and bodies. We want to support people in coming back to their true nature, to stimulate the mind and body connection and ultimately help each other in developing a practise to take control of our health, our immune systems and our minds. We imagine a future where cold thermogenesis is a key pillar in a wider wellbeing practise, alongside good nutrition, meditation, mobility, exercise and the hot saunas—we love the heat too. We want to play our role in furthering the knowledge of people that excite and inspire us – pioneers like Wim Hof who for sure sowed the seed to start all this whilst up a mountain in February 2020.
