Important information which could affect your eligibility to earn donation:
If you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, this may cause your donation to be declined or reduced. e.g. Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount
If your purchase is not fully completed online
You won’t receive donation if you’re an existing Co-op Insurance Services customer who has had a policy of the same type within the last 12 months with Co-op Insurance Services.
If you are renewing a policy
If you, or the insurer / policy underwriter, cancel the policy before donation is deposited in your easyfundraising account
If you don't pay your Insurance Premium in full or, if paying by Direct Debit your payments are not kept up to date.
If you obtain a quote through easyfundraising and purchase through a Price Comparison Site
If you obtain a quote through a Price Comparison Site and go on to purchase through easyfundraising
If you obtain a quote directly through the Co-op Insurance website and go on to purchase through easyfundraising
If your application is completed over the telephone
The donation amount may initially track at a lower amount but uplift upon review.
If you take out the policy with stolen or fabricated details, you will not qualify for donation
Donation will be paid once Co-op Insurance Services has verified that the policy is in force and premiums have been paid for 3 months. If either party cancels or if it is made void by the insurer / policy underwriter within this period donation will not be paid.
Donation will remain pending until Co-op Insurance Services has confirmed that 3 consecutive monthly payments have been received.
All donation will be issued via easyfundraising and not Co-op Insurance Services or the insurer / policy underwriter. If you have any queries regarding cashback or payments, please raise an enquiry with easyfundraising directly.
Donation will not be paid if you attempt to get cashback in conjunction with any other offers through Co-op or any other partners/promotions that are not covered in the retailer donation rates. However, Co-op membership and colleague discounts available online can be used in conjunction with this offer.
Donation will not be paid if the policy is not purchased through the generation of a new quote and taken out direct.
Purchasing the policy in one sitting will help ensure the sale is tracked. The policy must be able to be traced or tracked back to easyfundraising for donation to be paid.
Applicants for insurance are subject to normal underwriting criteria.
