What will stop me getting donations?
If you, or your insurer, cancel your policy before cashback is deposited in your Easyfundraising account, then you will not be eligible to receive donations.

What else is essential?
Cashback can be earned by clicking through to Confused.com Pet Insurance and purchasing a brand new Single or Multi-Pet Insurance policy immediately and wholly online.

Cashback will be confirmed after your policy has been active for at least 90 days. Payment will take 6-8 weeks after this time.

Please be aware that donations will initially track at £0.00 if you generate a quote. If this is not purchased at the time, the tracked donations will become declined within 150 days of being generated.

What to do when
Some merchants may not be forthcoming with untracked donations. We endeavour to chase untracked donations but reserve the right to halt enquiries at any time.
Please do not make purchase decisions based upon expected donations as it is not guaranteed.
The vast majority of transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback" query within 100 days of the transaction, we will be unable to chase up claims older than this.
