• Donations may track at £0 but will be uplifted upon confirmation to the correct donation amount based on the level of cover purchased.

• coverbaloo operates a 90 day validation from the policy start or renewal date before approving any cashback. This means to be eligible for donations you cannot cancel your policy, nor can your policy be cancelled by coverbaloo in the first 90 days from the policy start or renewal date.

• Donations will not be paid if a saved or retrieved quote is used. You must click the link from the partner site, generate a new quote and make your purchase immediately.

• Donations will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code.

• Donations will only be paid for purchases made from within the United Kingdom.

• Donations will only be paid if the insurance premium is paid in full or, for customers paying monthly, if the direct debit payments are kept up to date.

• Donations will not be paid if you have begun a quote or received a quote from coverbaloo before coming to the partner site.

• Donations will only be valid on online journeys.

• Donations are only paid out if the user has come through easyfundraising as the original source.

• On clicking 'Shop now' you will be directed to the coverbaloo website where you will be required to complete a new quote for a coverbaloo insurance product and purchase a policy to be eligible for a donation. coverbaloo will track this information and the partner site shall pay out a donation on applicable policy sales once coverbaloo has validated the policy sale.

Good to know

• Donations are not paid on VAT, delivery charges and any other additional fees, occasionally some may pay donations on the full basket amount. When a minimum spend threshold is required to be eligible for donations, retailers do not count VAT and fees in the total spend amount.

• Donations are available on genuine, tracked purchases completed immediately and wholly online

• Purchases at this merchant should appear as pending within 24 hours. They will remain at this status until the merchant confirms the purchase is eligible for donations. Once this happens your purchase will reach the ‘confirmed’ status on your account

• The vast majority of transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Donations" claim within 45 days of the transaction
