If I knew you were coming is a great taste award winning baking mix producer based in Cumbria. We have a wide range of baking mixes to choose from, including brownies, cookies and muffins. They include all the dry ingredients and a sheet of baking parchment too. The instructions are easy to follow and include a short shopping list of no more than 3 items, such as butter, eggs etc. They are an ideal fun activity to do with children of all ages. They don’t use any plastic, the cardboard we use is fully recyclable and all of tiheir ngredient packets are made from home compostable materials. They can send individual mixes or as part of a monthly subscription for 3, 6 or 12 months, They don’t automatically renew so there is no worry about any additional charges.
