• What will stop me getting a donation?

o MoneySuperMarket will only validate one donation transaction per site visit. If you wish to make multiple transactions on different products, please begin each journey from easyfundraising.
o Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by easyfundraising.
o Donation is payable for Cat and Dog Insurance policies only. We don't offer a donation incentive for horse or rabbit policies.

• What else is essential?

o Any purchases made on the MoneySuperMarket website via the your website's name link will be subject to the easyfundraising Terms and Conditions (https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/terms/website/) and MoneySuperMarket Terms and Conditions which can be found on the MoneySuperMarket website.
o MoneySuperMarket Pet Insurance donation transactions are limited to 2 policies per year. Offerings cover single and multi-pet insurance, with a fixed amount that is paid to the user based on the type of policy taken out. It is important to note that the donation will be paid out on this basis, not by each named pet.
o To receive the correct donation amount please ensure the number of pets are entered correctly on MoneySuperMarket’s site before clicking out to a provider.
o Donation transactions should be confirmed in your easyfundraising account within 90 - 180 days of your policy purchase date. Please note that it can take a further 2-3 months for the payment to be processed before donation is withdrawable from your account. Quotes that do not convert into a policy will be automatically declined after 150 days of being generated.
o Donation will only be paid if we are able to link your purchase to the easyfundraising website. This means that you must click the easyfundraising link, go straight through to the MoneySuperMarket website, generate a brand-new quote, and make your purchase immediately in the same session and without exiting your internet browser. For the avoidance of doubt, donation will not be paid if a ‘saved quote’ is purchased. A ‘saved quote’ is held in the quote history section of your MoneySuperMarket account for you to return to at a later date. Unfortunately, donation will not be paid if you purchase a saved quote or edit a saved quote even if it has been generated on the same day you wish to purchase insurance from MoneySuperMarket via easyfundraising.
o Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
o Purchases must be completed via the online journey and any purchases via MoneySuperMarket Apps will not be eligible for donation.
