What will stop me raising donations?
Promotional/voucher codes not posted and approved by easy may affect your eligibility to raise donations.

Donations are not available on Car Sharing Insurance policies less than 5 days in duration.

Donations are not available on Learner Driver Insurance policies less than 7 days in duration.

What else is essential?
Veygo donations are available via easyfundraising on genuine, tracked transactions completed immediately and wholly online.

By clicking on 'Shop now’ on the easyfundraising website you will be directed to the Veygo website where you will be required to complete a new quote for a Veygo insurance product and purchase a new policy to be eligible for cashback. Veygo will track this information and easyfundraising will pay a donation on applicable policy sales once Veygo has validated the policy sale.

Donations may track as zero initially; donations will be awarded if you qualify with Veygo’s terms for cashback as set out here. Donations may take 40 days from policy purchase date to appear in your account as tracked. It will then become payable 30 days (61 days for policies over 60 days) after commencement of the Veygo Insurance policy.

Veygo operates a 30-day validation process from policy start date before approving the donation. This means to be eligible for donations you cannot chose to cancel your policy before the agreed policy end date, nor can your policy be cancelled by Veygo within that period. For policies over 60 days, validation will happen 61 days after the policy start date.

Donations will only be paid out on eligible, valid Veygo policy sales which are completed by clicking on the ‘Shop now’ link and purchased in the same session without exiting your internet browser.

Donations are only paid out if you have come via the easyfundraising website as the original source before purchasing a Veygo policy.

Good to know
Veygo donations can be earned by clicking through to the merchant and shopping as normal.
Donations cannot be claimed after 180 days and any attempts to claim cashback after this timeframe will be declined.

Donations rates are subject to change both up and down.

The number of purchases where donations will be earned may be limited at Veygo’s discretion.
Veygo calculates donations excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.

Donations for Veygo should appear as pending within 24 hours of policy purchase. They will remain at this status until the retailer confirms that you are eligible for donations. Following confirmation your purchase will reach the confirmed stage of your account. When the merchant pays Veygo the donation will then be paid to your good cause.

What to do when
Please do not contact Veygo with regards to easyfundraising donations. Veygo’s customer service team cannot resolve donation enquiries. All queries relating to this promotion must be raised with easyfundraising.

Some merchants may not be forthcoming with untracked donations. We endeavour to chase untracked donations but reserve the right to halt enquiries at any time. Please do not make purchase decisions based upon expected donations as it is not guaranteed.

The vast majority of transactions from merchants track successfully, however occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a query within 30 days of the transaction. We will be unable to chase up claims older than 30 days.

About your purchase
By taking part in this promotion, you are deemed to accept and will be bound by these terms and conditions and any terms and conditions stated on the easyfundraising website.

The terms and conditions of this promotion are as stated within this page and do not alter or vary the terms and conditions of any Veygo insurance policy which may be purchased. No other representations (written or verbal) will apply.

Applications for insurance policies provided by Veygo are subject to its normal terms and conditions including its underwriting criteria. Veygo reserves the right to decline any application for any insurance product at its absolute discretion and is not obliged to disclose any reason for rejection. In these cases, you will not be eligible to raise donations.

Any fraudulent activity or abuse relating to the receipt and use of donations may result in the cancellation of the insurance policy.

These terms and conditions are to be governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
