With October half term just around the corner, it can feel pretty daunting to think of ways to keep the kid’s boredom at bay.

There’s no need to worry! We have a week of fun-filled ideas that should keep your family entertained. And you’ll also be raising free donations for your good cause along the way – it’s a win, win!

Thrilling Theme Parks

Children will no doubt want to celebrate Halloween at the end of the month and we can’t think of a more thrilling way than by visiting a theme park together.

Alton Towers has a spooktacular Scarefest and you’ll raise 1.0% in free donations when you book your tickets online. Teenagers will love the brand new Fright Night at Thorpe Park and by booking online you’ll raise 1.5% in donations. For younger members of the family, Chessington Theme Park is also offering spooky days throughout half term. You’ll collect 1.5% in free donations when you book online.  LEGOLAND Windsor is also getting in the Halloween spirit with their Brick-or-Treat event running from 17th – 31st October, and 5th November. Book online and raise up to £1.50 for your cause.

Make sure you look the part by wearing a spooktastic Halloween costume! Sainsbury’s, Asda, Argos and Tesco have a scarily good selection available for the whole family.

London is pretty spectacular in autumn and half term is the perfect time to see the sights the city has to offer.

If you’re not lucky with the weather, visit Madame Tussauds where you’ll have fun taking selfies with your favourite celebs and raise up to 1.5% for your cause by buying tickets online in advance.
