easyfundraising turns the everyday online shopping of your school community into free funds for your school. When they use the easyfundraising website or app to shop with leading brands, the brand shares a percentage of what they have spent with your school for free. 

Yes. We note their visit to the brand's website, then to say 'thank you' for your purchase the brand sends a percentage of what they have spent to your school. However, they can make things easy for themselves, by simply installing our Donation Reminder, which automatically detects when they visit a brand's site, so they don't have to remember to visit our website beforehand.

There are over 7,000 brands available to shop with, including John Lewis, Booking.com, Amazon, eBay, M&S, Argos, Viking, Currys, Sainsbury's, TUI, Waitrose, AO, and Etsy. It means that no matter what your school community are buying online, from travel and holidays to fashion, homewares, insurance, and groceries - they can earn free donations for your school.

Yes – you don’t need to be a charity to use easyfundraising.

To register your school with easyfundraising you will need to know:

• The name you would like your school to be known by on easyfundraising - try to make this unique so that your school community know it's you 
• The postcode - to help supporters when they search for causes local to them
• A description - this should include who you are and what you are raising for
• Payment details – easyfundraising can pay your donations by cheque or straight into your school's bank account so have your details ready 

There are also optional fields for: 

• A logo - making your school unique and giving you an identity
• Charity number - if you have one 

You can come back to these optional fields later if you don't have the information to hand when you sign up.

To get your fundraising off to the best possible start we offer a 1-2-1 session with one of our school specialists. It won't take long, and they will show you the best way to make easyfundraising work for your school with tailored tips, tools, and a guided tour of the platform.

Providing you have raised over £15, easyfundraising total up all the donations raised by everyone supporting your school every three months and send them to you by bank transfer or cheque. There is no charge for this. If your school hasn’t raised over £15 in the previous three months, the amount simply rolls into the next payment instead.
